Data, purposes and legal bases
We process identity, contact, delivery, order, payment-status, customer-service and necessary technical data. We use it to take steps at your request and perform the purchase contract; meet accounting, tax, product-safety and consumer-law duties; prevent fraud and secure the service based on legitimate interests; and manage optional communications only where consent or another valid legal basis applies.
Recipients and processors
Data is disclosed only as needed to payment, hosting, email, analytics (when consented), print-production, fulfilment, carrier, customer-service and professional-adviser providers, and to authorities when legally required. The current providers and their roles are maintained in the store's processor register.

Retention and transfers
Order and accounting records are retained for the legally required period. Support, security and abandoned-cart data are retained only as long as needed for their stated purpose. Optional analytics
With your permission, this store uses self-hosted Umami to measure page visits and shopping events. Analytics is off until you choose Allow analytics, and can be withdrawn using Cookie settings. Recordings, heatmaps and marketing tracking are disabled. Browser privacy signals disable optional analytics. Analytics events are retained for up to 13 months; withdrawing stops future collection. Necessary order records are managed separately.
